A specialist insurer had identified a range of areas, both commercial and third sector, in which it was market leading . To maintain its position at the forefront of these sectors it needed regular tracking data to monitor performance, needs and requirements of insurance decision makers and brokers handling these classes, in order to inform strategy and product development. By regularly canvassing the views of both distributors (brokers) and the end users, they were able to understand their requirements, preferences and attitudes towards different distribution models going forward.
A regular tracking study on Broking Now! gave (and continues to provide) robust and reliable findings among commercial brokers in the UK allowing findings to be segmented by broker type, region and size, as well as annual tracking of insurance decision makers in end user organisations in six different areas. Over 600 interviews with end users and 250 with brokers have been conducted by CATI in any one wave.
The insights are charted and also presented as data tables because the client has a high level of in-house expertise for analysing research findings. This demonstrates our flexibility of working on a full service or a field & tab basis depending on client requirements.
