Santi joined FWD in 2017 as Account Manager, bringing over seven years of communication consultancy experience after working for a global PR consultancy firm and various international agencies in Asia.
Santi has worked as a freelance consultant, providing technical advice, market research and translations for Prudential Financial, Indonesian Investment Promotion Centre, FNV Netherlands, Finalta McKinsey and OC&C Strategy Consultants.
While working in Southeast Asia, Santi was Manager of Burson-Marsteller’s Corporate and Public Affairs Practice in Indonesia. She has worked with a wide range of senior executives within multinational corporations, foreign missions, and governments across the Asia Pacific region. Her focus has been creating PR strategic initiatives including corporate reputation, market entry, stakeholder engagement, government communications, and crisis communications. Santi’s previous clients include the Central Bank of Indonesia, Accenture, Qualcomm, Huawei, NATS, Monsanto, and the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Santi began her career in public affairs at the US Department of Defence, where she coordinated military training sales and defence cooperation for the US and Indonesian Government. She also spent nearly a year managing and coordinating New Zealand-funded development programmes in disaster management, security cooperation, and sustainable economy.
Santi was educated at King’s College London, where she read Political Economy of Emerging Markets and received a Chevening Award from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
